- The reasons you’re in financial hardship.
After you apply
- Keep an eye on your inbox and spam mailbox as we sometimes ask for more information.
- If approved, you will get an e-mail from AO.com asking you to book a delivery slot.
- We will also email you with advice and/or signposting regarding your financial hardship if appropriate.
